Default 1985 Chevy K20 Pickup - 11-21-2005 , 08:06 PM

I have a 85 K20 that wont start. I took it to a local automotive shop and
they said it was the fly wheel and my truck wasnt worth it. However with
further inspection the fly wheel is five. I replaced the starter and
ignition coil but what else could it be?

Im not getting any spark or anything form the starter to the distributor
cap or any spark. I pulled my starter down and the positive lead was
rubbing up against the starter lead wire to the cellinoid. Could that
have fryed my starter? or what esle could it be ?

HEI ? do you have 12 volts at the coil
Check the module
and the stator
or go to AutoZone and get A rebuilt Distributor
