Identification of mystery desert oilfield Kenworth

One quarter of the way down this page is a shot of a desert oilfield
tractor unit that looks like a relation of the Kenworth 953 and
Kenworth 993 family.

Can anyone identify this truck ? It has an desert 'V' radiator like
the Kenworth 953:
