2004 GMC 1500 4x4 Knock while turning

My pickup knocks while turning. You can feel it through the steering wheel
and the foot pedals. It only does it while the vehicle is moving. If
anyone has an awnser to this problem, will you please let me know. Thanks

Is it maybe in 4x4 drive?
