Default 95 chevy tahoe overheating - 12-12-2006 , 11:11 AM

I have been having an issue with my truck overheating for the last week! my
stepdad found a leak in my hose,so he replaced the hose on saturday, and
everything has been great.until today!
I noticed my heater not heating up,so I looked over at my temp gage, and it
was running hot

Sounds like there is more than one leak....

Running low enough on coolant to have no inside heat is a 'very' fast
way to cook all the valve guide seals and turn the truck into a
smoker...

You might want to pressure check your cooling system for another leak or
a bad head gasket. If your head gasket goes and you do a compression
stroke with water in the cylinder you could destroy the engine.
