help with 95 chevy s10 blazer

i just bought a 95 chevy s10 blazer, there is this noise coming from under
neath it which everyone says is the flywheel, how do i know? also when i
first start it, until it warms up it reaves itself up. it also has a alarm
with a remote control start(python) can anyone help me program it
