Default S10 84 DRIVER WINDOW OFF TRACK--CLIPS OFF ON BOTH SIDES - 10-19-2006 , 09:13 AM

What is the trick to putting the window back into those clips that
slide up and down in the window channel/track? This vehicle has power
windows. Thanks.

If they came out there is a good chance they are worn out. New ones
are available at the Chevy dealer. I believe you need to take the
window loose from the up/down mechanism so that you and get it out of
the channel and get the new clips onto the glass. I did mine a couple
years ago and don't recall it exactly but I do know I had to unbolt
the window from the mechanism so I could get them on.
