squilling noise in Jeep Wrangler

this started a few days ago..i replaced the belt and its still doing it...
sometimes when i put in the clutch it stops.. does not do it all the
time... its a 1994 Jeep Wrangler

Throw out bearing.

do you think i should go to a transmission specialist or my local mech.
from what i understand this could be a 600 dollar job...
