1999 suburban - 02-11-2006 , 12:23 PM

I have a 1999 suburban with keyless entry, all the coursty lights inside
blink or stay on, it does not matter if it is parked overnight, or
driving. Some days it is just fine, others it is not. Does some one know
what is wrong? Thank you.
