Default 98 Burb Headlights on when parking park off WHY? - 07-03-2003 , 05:21 PM

I have just brought a 1998 suburban lt.

When the parking brake is taken off the headlights come on?.

I live in the UK and have burbs before but never like this.

Someone has suggested it was for the Canadian market and that's the reason,
if so can it be put back to normal and what is the best way.

The oil gauge is not in lbs as well but k something, any ideas.

Thanks

Pull the fuse from the position marked DRL from the side dash fuse block.
It's on the diagram for the fuse block.
