99 GMC Sierra Heater Blower

Settings 1 & 2 on my Heater Blower are dead but 3-5 still work. Has anyone
experienced this problem? Is it a problem with the selector switch or a
problem with the blower itself? How difficult of a repair is this?

It could be the switch or the blower resistor
