Not a problem, in my eyes.

Ours is on 122k miles and hasn't needed anything other than a cat. so
far.

New belts, tensioner etc etc certainly no more than 15k miles ago. (I

could dig up the receipt or get a duplicate from Jamie) regular oil
changes. New AFM in June.

Its a bit rich for a R reg with that mileage (which shouln't matter but lets
be honest, it does/will).
Is it the 2.0? How long have you had it?

I reckon I will have buckled and bought something in the next couple of
months, i'll certainly bear it in mind.

Just over 2 years. MOT from June. Chapest on autotrader is £1950 though
it does have leather and less miles.

You can buy a cheap 156 or you can buy a decent 156.

decent one?

A 156 should be bought on condition, not age.
