Buying Mid 80s to early 90s Audis - what to look out for? - 06-17-2004 , 06:51 PM

I'm after an old Audi, probably an 80 or 90 with a 1.8ish or so engine.
Anything particular I should be looking out for in terms of spec / faults
with the car? I won't be bothering with any Quattros.
