oil and flour,
brown vegetables in the roux, then add chicken stock and
allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the patties or stuffed heads, and some loose crawfish,
lobster, long piglet, or what have you.
Cook on low for 15 minutes, then allow it to set for at least
15 minutes more.
Serve over steamed rice; this dish is very impressive!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Babies really can be found under a cabbage leaf -
or one can arrange for ground beef to be found there instead.

8 large cabbage leaves
1 lb. lean ground newborn human filets, or ground chuck
Onions
peppers
celery
garlic
soy sauce
salt pepper, etc
Olive oil
breadcrumbs
Tomato Gravy (see index)

Boil the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes to soften.
In skillet, brown the meat in a little olive oil,
then add onions, peppers, and celery (all chopped finely)
and season well.
Place in a large bowl and cool.
Add seasoned breadcrumbs and a little of the tomato gravy,
enough to make the mixture pliable.
Divide the stuffing among the cabbage leaves then roll.
Place seam down in a baking pan.
Ladle tomato gravy on top,
and bake at 325° for 30 - 45 minutes.

Umbilical Cordon Bleu

Nothing is so beautiful as the bond between mother and child,
so why not consume it?
Children or chicken breasts will work wonderfully also.

4 whole umbilical chords (or baby breasts, or chicken breasts)
4 thin slices of smoked ham, and Gruyere cheese
Flour
eggwash (milk and eggs)
seasoned bread crumbs
1 onion
mince

not available
(such as with packaged crawfish, crab, or headless baby).
Flour
oil
onions
bell peppers
garlic salt, pepper, etc.
3 cups chicken stock
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons oil

First stuff the heads, or make the patties (see index)
then fry or bake.
Set aside to drain on paper towels.
Make a roux with butter, oil and flour,
brown vegetables in the roux, then add chicken stock and
allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the patties or stuffed heads, and some loose crawfish,
lobster, long piglet, or what have you.
Cook on low for 15 minutes, then allow it to set for at least

meats together in a large bowl,
then mix each of the other ingredients.
Make balls about the size of a baby?s fist
(there should be one lying around for reference).
Bake at 400°for about 25 minutes -
or you could fry them in olive oil.
Place the meatballs in the tomato gravy, and simmer for several hours.
Serve on spaghetti.
Accompany with green salad, garlic bread and red wine.

Newborn Parmesan

This classic Sicilian cuisine can easily be turned into Eggplant Parmesan
If you are planning a vegetarian meal. Or you could just as well use veal -
after all, you have to be careful - Sicilians are touchy about their young
family members...

6 newborn or veal cutlets
Tomato gravy (see index)
4 cups mozzarella, 1cup parmesan, 1cup romano
Seasoned bread crumbs mixed with
parmesan
romano
salt
pepper
oregano
garlic powder
chopped parsley
Flour
eggwash (eggs and milk)
Peanut oil for frying.

Pound the cutlets.
Dredge in flour, eggs, then the bread crumb mixture.
Fry till golden brown in 350° peanut oil.
In a baking pan, place a layer of gravy,
then one of meat, gravy, and cheese.
Another layer each of meat, gravy, and cheese.
Then bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Serve on hot pasta with romano cheese.

Southern Fried Small-fry

Tastes like fried chicken, which works just as well.
In fact you may want to practice cutting up whole chickens
for frying before you go for the real thing.
Whole chicken is much more efficient and inexpensive than buying pieces.

1 tiny human, cut into pieces
2 cups flour
Onion, garlic
Salt
pepper
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
hot sauce, etc.
Oil for frying

Mix milk, eggs, hot sauce in a bowl, add chopped onion and garlic.
Season the meat liberally, and marinate for several hours.
Place seasoned

Although I have the full (German) copy, I wouldn't be comfortable explaining
in a public forum. Email me - I've had it working for a while and it runs
perfectly without need for starf***. This is for use once the full game has
been installed from your own copy, and using your own serials - not
interested in aiding thievery!

Hello,

I have just installed GTR FIA GT in German but, after having followed
the instructions in order to make it start without cd I have found out
that
GTA works only if I disconnect from the motherboard the CD-ROM driver. My
question is this: is it possible to execute the patched GTR with the
cd-rom
reader connected to the MB?

Thanks

Check this site,

http://www.gamers-paradies.com/index2.php

There is a no-cd at this site which works on GTR, the original but not
the patched version. You still have to deal with German, as the
German-to-English patch doesn't work with the no-cd, at least I was not
able to get it to work on either patch.

If you find out otherwise, let us know, please.

This patch requires Alcohol 120% in order to run. Fortunately, I have
that program installed on my PC. But, unfortunately, I have never used it
and do not have a clue how it works.

All I know is that my CD drive is F:; my burner is G:; and Alcohol has
created a virtual CD Drive on H:. Can someone clue me on on exactly what
I need to do to get this No-CD patch to work with my Alcohol 120% set-up?

Thanks!

Neil,

I'd like to contact you via e-mail, but don't know your address.
Perhaps you could just send it to me via e-mail. My address should
appear above this message (remove the <no-spam>)

Thanks!

And where again would the no cd be found that works with patch 1.2? Is
there also instruction on how to apply the no cd?

Try this link,

http://www.gamers-paradies.com/

There are instructions included with the no-cd. You do need Alcohol 120%,
the latest.

Applying the patch is easy. Just rename the 1.2 executable to GTR_new.exe
and then copy the no-cd executable over to the game directory.

From there make sure you have at least one virtual drive available, created
through Alcohol 120%.

These instructions (also found in the no-cd zip file) are for those who have
trouble running the Starforce protection scheme.

Leave me your email here if you are having problems.

How did you light on the unusual idea to disconnect the CD reader, if I
might ask?

Actually, this disconnecting of the CD reader is in the instructions.

But this is not needed, if one gets the no-cd from the site pointed to
above. And the no-cd also works with the newest 1.2 patch. I discovered
that I was not following directions closely enough when I ran the patch.
It
is necessary to rename any "patched" version in a specific way, if the
no-cd
is to work with successive patched versions.

Hi Alan,

thanks for your post. Will one be able to race online with the no-cd
patch installed?

All the best, uwe

Hi Uwe. I was using the NCRYSO no-cd but have now moved to Starf*** and it's
working perfectly, including online. Full details are here at this very
useful site:

Thanks Neil, however the Install guide still mentions you have to
disconnect your cd rom drives. Is this still valid?

Cheers,

uwe
