Can anyone tell me what to do (or where to look for the answers) to achieve
a race time at both original and add-on tracks of, for instance, one hour?
I've tried editing the track.gdb file, the .plr file and the season.gdb all
to no avail.

Is there a good guide out there that explains the different variables in
these files and what effect they have?
