Hmm, where did the attitude come from? Maybe because of the races I have
run with this group I believe only one has not been followed by someone
saying I screwed up and telling me I cant drive or don't know the rules. I
have just watched the race for a second time and I will tell you that I did
a better job of passing and being passed than some of you *experienced*
drivers. This is not directed at you Eldred, I respect you and you drove a
very clean race. If anything I am wondering why you seemed to stay behind
me on 2 occasions where I lost significant speed briefly? |
I said I was done with this discussion, but I'll answer your question.
Bluntly, it's a lack of confidence in your ability to hold a line. In other
words, I never know exactly WHAT you're going to do. As I said before, I don't
review replays looking at someone's driving style(although maybe I should
start). You may be a solid driver 90-95% of the time, I don't know. It just
seems that every time you're nearby, it ends badly for me. And recently, we've
been nearby on track a lot. I end up near Jan a lot as well for some reason.
But, I've raced closely with Jan for at least the past 2 years or so, so
there's more of a trust(and therefore confidence) factor built up.
