I doubt any respectable leagues are running the leaked patches. Most
all
will wait until the official patch is released and not "leaked." All
the
leagues I have ever participated in always wait until they go
official,
meaning they also wait until Papy updates all its online servers as
well.

Oh, the patch lets you forbid various aids? I didn't realize that. How many
leagues actually ban drivers from using steering or braking help, for example?
Do they also ban clutch help?

clutch help isn't considered an aid and works the same way as always. The
other aids are still able to be checked but they do nothing when the server
doesn't allow aids. At least this is my understanding.
Neither of the two leagues I'm in allow aids and if they did I'd quit them
and find one that didn't.
