It might, except that in one case we're talking about $150 bucks a year and
in another, $20.

So that the unfamilar sound of it totals $120.

And let us remember, iRacing wasn't the first to do this online thing, and
I'm sure it won't be the last.

Still, I have little interest in this rFactor thing. It sounds half-baked,
as if a child saw a man doing somersaults in the street, and decided, on a
whim, to do the same.

I thought I did. ;-) However one big difference, I can have my league
racing on my own server and still have the results count. For now all I
have to do is install a plugin and keep racing as usual, both online and
offline. And unless I want advanced options it won't cost me a thing.
It will be interesting to see how popular it is and where it goes.

All well and good if you're willing to put up with software that's
half-assed in every way, has the worst netcode since forever, and has about
2 actually acceptable car types.

Ten bucks a month is a very low price to pay for somehting where you can
really race something that's remotely realistic I hope the people who
cough up the $20 have fun with that ISI "simulator".

Congrats! It's just amazing how much crap you can say in two short paragraphs.

At least your favorite series knows how to behave:

"No derogatory or distasteful statements on any racecar or hauler permitted at
any WDRA racetrack
No driver or pit crew member shall subject any WDRA promoter or official to
threats, abusive or improper language at any time."

So, in return: Keep diggin' in the dirt, redneck!

Wow, overreact much? Don't bother with facts or anything, OK?

Must have hit a tender nerve. Sorry.

"2 actually acceptable car types"

Sorry, only an idiot would say that about rFactor. But I know, you just forgot another
