I have a 2004 330 Coupe SMG purchased in May, 2004. The SMG has been
giving me trouble in the last few weeks. The first problem was it would
not shift to neutral to allow me to start the car. The next and more
serious problem is the car will shift itself from a driving gear (1 and
3) to neutral while I'm on the road. Has anyone had the same problem?
Has it been resolved? I've had my car to the dealer once and they
reprogrammed the SMG with a factory update. This didn't fix my problem.
Any information would be appreciated.
