DVD remained bloched into mkIII navigation system

DVD remained bloched into mkIII navigation system - 11-19-2004 , 01:30 PM

Is there a way to unblock manually a disc remained bloked into a mkIII
drive.
The disk is inside and pressing the dedicated button doesn't eject.
All the system remains blocked.
Please help me
