Euro to UK Headlight adjustment E46 - 04-29-2007 , 02:21 AM

Is it really necessary to change the lights on a 2003 e46 - all because of
the headlight adjustment to bring the car to uk spec
Is it not possible to just have the headlight aiming adjusted ?
