I bought a salvage title 2000 323it.
It only came with one key, so the first place I visited after the
purchase was my local BMW dealer who said BMW refuses to sell keys for
salvage title cars (although they couldn't give a reason).

Is there anyone (other than BMW) who can fabricate/encode replacement
keys?
Has anyone with a salvage title been able to get new keys out of BMW?
