Default WTB - '95 318i lock actuators and question - 10-12-2005 , 08:15 AM

I need a front door lock actuator, p/n 67 11 1 387 726, that fits years '92
to '98 if anyone has a GOOD working one they want to sell. We could work the
transaction through Paypal.

I also have a problem with the fuel door lock actuator that I would like to
ask some opinions on. It appears to unlock okay but it only gives a slight
indication of getting a signal if I try to lock it with the remote.

The schematic shows the wires going to it also go the right rear door lock
and that door works fine. Since it's not the actuator (that's been replaced)
what I suspect are the wires. But, what I can't figure out is why does it
unlock okay but not lock.

If either of the two wires going to it were bad it seems it would not work
in either the lock or unlock mode because it wouldn't have the necessary
loop for the current.

Since these have been described as motors then I assume they work off of
positive or negative current flow.

Any ideas?
