just wondering, is there such a expired date for tires? even it is not used.

There is no hard and fast rule, but a tire 10 years old should be replaced:

I think that a spare tire stored in the trunk and out of sunlight should be
okay for about 10 years. If on the car and exposed to sunlight, the life of
the tire is shorter.
