I've an E46 330d which is approaching its 3rd birthday on 23rd March. Does anyone know how much it would cost to extend the warranty by a year? Also, is it worth doing or do people tend not to bother? I live in the UK and wondered whether it would be a BMW fixed price or is it at the discretion of the dealership? Thanks, Jason |

I didn't bother. Spend the money on a Peak Research code reader - about 150 quid, and then you can tell your local garage what the fault is - or replace the part yourself.
