Default Help!! A/C quit, baking in TX - 06-24-2003 , 10:26 PM

Hi all,

I parked my 96 328i at my hotel tonight with the A/C working fine. Went out
about 10 mins. later, got in and no A/C. I looked at all of the fuses (in the
dark) and couldn't find anything that needed replacing. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I replaced the system module a few months ago (albeit
with a used one).

Thank you and have a great day.

Almost 100% that it is the blower motor final stage resistor pack, a
self-contained unit that attaches to the system on the console side of the
driver-side footwell (I think it's driver side). Mine cost me just about
$40 at BMW.

This is assuming that the electronics show active, but no blowing is
happening...
