Can anybody please tell me where the wiper relay is for my 1998 528.
The rain sensitive wiper function no longer works and which ever
position the wiper delay switch is in the time between wipes stays the
same.

the wiper relay is in the right front electronic compartment. It is
underneath the right microfilter component. Basically same place has the
dme...It's a long brown relay with several pins (6-7 and 2 diff. size)
