If you're still having the problem check your oil pressure gauge as you're starting the car. If the car starts the second that oil pressure registers then you have a bad fuel pump relay. The car will start through the oil pressure switch circuit once you've cranked enough to get oil pressure if the fuel pump relay is bad.
