They definitely don't get an A in my book, more like an F. They
shipped my
car from Boston to Las Vegas, and it took over a month! At first they
told me the shipping would take 7-10 days; after 7 days, they said the
truck was still in Arizona, and wouldn't be there for another week. At

that time they would not let me go back to the terminal drop off point
to pick up my car, so I had to keep on renting. The customer service is

horrendous, and they kept giving me attitude (until I finally talked to

the manager who was somewhat helpful). Make a long story short, I had
to rent a car for an extra 2-3 weeks, and all they offered me was $75
off my shipping cost, and to add insult to injury offered me a $125
"coupon" for my next shipment. Please feel free to email me with
specific questions or if you'd like more details. If you don't believe

me just look them up under the Better Business Bureau and you'll see
that they have had 203 complaints over the last 3 years. Do your due
diligence and don't get screwed like me!!!!
