You do need to take those bolts out to get the rotor off. They are very
tight for a good reason. I have had to use a 3 foot breaker bar to get some
off and I have yet to break any bolts.
Good luck!

I thought it would be pretty easy to change the brakes on my 2000 Grand
Prix,
but had trouble getting the rotor off to get it turned. I got the pads

but couldn't figure out exactly how to get the rotor off. It was still
held in
place by the outer frame of the brake caliper. The bolts were pretty

I didn't want to force anything. Any help? Thanks... |
