I have a 92 Buick LaSabre that has problems starting when weather is warm. In the winter months car starts fine. I can drive 40 miles to work when warm out and make a short stop to get gas and car will be ok for the rest of the trip but if I drive around town and stop for longer period of time to shop or visit family or friends car will either not start for a while or will start and will die on me before I get back home. Sometimes it will start right back up but will keep dying or will take 10 minutes or longer to cool down before restarting but will still keep dying on the way home. I have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition module, heat sensor switch. If anyone can help me solve this problem I would be very happy. I have been dealing with this problem for 2 years now. Not much driving gets done in summer months unless going to and from work. |
