I just purchased a pair of projector twin halo lights for my truck 2005 f150. So far I have all the regular lights ( main, highbeam, blinker, and park) hooked up. They are just the old lights into a new casing. For the Halo lights however I have both a red and black wire that I have to splice into something but I am not sure what. The install directions did not get shipped. Do I just splice the wires into the main wires for the regular park light(stays on always)? I know I need 12V to get them to work...is that a good source? It also has some LED lights with two separate wires as well. Can I splice both the halo and LED lights into the park light at the same time? If anyone has ever hooked these up or has general knowledge about this please help. I don't want to just start splicing wires and then have to fix what I just did if I hook them up wrong. |
