does anyone know where i can get a internal circuit diragram for a ford

A circuit diagram of the actual regulator won't help you much as you can't
get inside them - they are in potting compound.
But you can get at the rest - all alternators are pretty much the same -
the basic machine (stator and field windings) with rectifier pack and
regulator and you can get at all the connections to these.
Circuits for older external regulators - using discrete components - are
easy to come by and can be used with any car alternator.
