Why is it now, on both my old octy and current citroen, that the oil
pressure lamp comes on then goes off again, before i have even
cranked/fired up the engine? Also, if i stall out the engine, it does

come back on. all my other cars did this correctly and lit up.

I would guess it's just going through a bulb testing cycle first time.
