I paid 120 euro (£80) for my 200bhp and it has heated seats and lots of
electric stuff that works!

I spent another £20 and turned the boost up from 6psi to 15psi hehee

Anyone know why my turbo is whistling quite loudly?

But, but...

If it started at 6psi it was an LPT not an FPT.

C'mon now, fess up.

HFM?? For a 70's Chevy V8? Bet it gets dreadful MPG as well.

Oh, definately a fpt i just didn't know what boost it was supposed to run.

What boost should a fpt run at? What about an aero?

We have an Ecopower aka an LPT.
That runs at 8psi.
When we had the Jak Stoll ECU on it the boost level was 18psi, which we're
told is Aero level.
(No longer running the big boost ECU, it didn't suit the auto trans at all).

If you only had 6psi, it was running below spec for an FPT.

Hopefully Carl will be along shortly to advise on setting base boost.
