Ewwww. It also commits the cardinal sin of light grey leather.

There ain't much which puts me off a car faster than light grey leather.

But 4.5litre, V8, Auto, Air suspension.
Has so much potential. Not as nice as a Toyota Century V12 I admit but
nice enough.

It's horrible, quite expensive and looks fucked.

My favourite colour for an interior. ;-)

Hate black. My BMW has a sort of light tan which looks good but shows
every mark.

The carpets are filthy, drivers seat looks not long for this world, it
seems to have wires hanging out all over the insides and 16 year old air
suspension says time bomb to me in a similar way that "only one in UK"
and "cost 70k" say that parts will be bend-over expensive and
needle-inna-haystack hard to find.

Plus, you'd have to sit and explain to everyone, parts desks and
pub-goers alike, what it was. That would bore me.

I'd give it a go and throw it away if it gave me any surprises if it was
under a grand. The advert doesn't seem to say if it's got Tax & Test or
even if its registered.

It does look kind of interesting in a Mitsuoka Viewt or Nissan Figaro
kind of way though. The door lines remind me of a Jaguar with an awful
Japanese body stuck round them.

They were £70k new, but there are at least 4 over here now.
Loads of life in that leather almost all Jap market leather does that
because they over tan it. A good feed and a sympathetic dye and it would
like really good. The wiring just looks like a piece of trim missing.

Nah, Nissan can usually sort bits out for them.

Along with the Toyota Century they were the royal/diplomatic/goverment
car of choice for the Japanese high ranking officials.

They sold a lot of them in the US as the Infiniti Q45, and in Japan in
SWB form as the Nissan Q45.

Just to remind you, that Toybota thing you had was an ex-Embassy car and
queasy as fuck in the corners. Is this bloody thing any less likely to
be any less Belgrano-esque?

Maybe the Jap Embassy are excellent at juggling Ferrero Rocher and use
ShiteOldToyotas to practice in?
