Have you ever seen that bright pink Rover / Honda Civic thing (it's
debadged, the old square style one) driving around Nottinghamshire? You'll
piss yourself if you do :P.

The one with the huge ironing board spoiler stuck to the boot, touring
car style ?

I did, and I still do everytime I see it

I've followed it's development with 'interest' as it's gone through
various stages of having a new bit stuck on.
It was funny before they painted it bright pink, loads of different
colours from panels being changed. Now it's just plain hillarous.

Best bit is the bloke inside, he's quite often in a suit. Wonder what
place would let that thing park in their office car park, heh.

The thing that most struck me about it was the gargantuan twin chromed
pipes. I think there probably was a spoiler too. Though I doubt there are
many bright pink Rovers driving around Nottinghamshire, so it's probably the
same car .

Where do you see it? I've only seen it once or twice, heading out of
Mansfield on the road that isn't the A60 to Nottingham, if you see what I
mean.

Lordy raved thus:

Maybe he wears it to go to court? Sounds like he keeps getting done for
crimes against taste and decency...

Yus, I doubt that there are many bright speckled pink box shape Rover
216s around. I most certainly hope so anyway, heh.

Yep, that's definetely the one, it's from near where I live so I've seen
a fair bit of it over the last year or so. More than I wished I had

You could be on to something there.
