An overfinch rangie is personalised, a Luton Chav Frontera with Neons
and leaf spring raiser blocks is modified.

Personalising can be subtle, and not show beyond what a real anorak
might spot. Modifications are always meant to be in your face.

Nah I disagree, modifications are now always meant to be in your face.

Some people modify or customise their car for the benefit of others or to
put it into a magazine. Others modify it to suit them better.

That's just my point, I don't want to change it too much. My interest was
not in modification but in personalisation a level or two about the cheap
crap from Halfords.

Car PC?
That was my thought after I saw Elder's reply. IIRC Elder is the man to
speak to for links for CarPCs. Does the Mazda 6 have a single DIN or
double DIN stereo hole?
