Ebay seems to suggest that Lasers with no tax/Mot go for £300-£500. A

decent one went for over £2k. Shows what you know.

It may have some kind of tax and MOT on it, but it's an utter shed
needing a lot of paint, wheels stripping etc.

So, £500 doesn't look so cheap now.
