I'm currently paying Voda 25 quid a month in return for 200 minutes, Stop the clock, 200 texts and it looks like free GPRS, which is nice, as it means I can always read the Telegraph on the shitter. I pay Voda £27 a month for 200 minutes and 500 texts :-) The GPRS time comes off you free texts, 1 text = so many Kb. I see - I use all of a text a day. Just rang em and badgered em - keep the same handset and plan, 12 month contract, 9 months half price, and a free SE Bluetooth headset, so I can look a twat but evade arrest. Quite pleased with that. The not being arrested bit or looking like you're part of the Borg collective? For what it's worth I don't see myself when I wear my headset, so I can live with it... Not getting nicked. OTOH it's very unlikely if you only phone people around shift changes... I suppose, or if you leave the handset off. Whilst we're on the subject, does anyone know of a decent PAYG deal? I've got a rubber phone I use for outdoors stuff and I'd like to not have to bother swapping SIMs. PAYG on Vodafone or full stop? Any of them. Not going to be used for much text, just odd calls home etc. For odd calls, something where the voucher never expires perhaps? I use Virgin Mobile. I've also discovered that their international calling charges are reasonable too. What's coverage like? If I'm using the rubber phone, it's possible that I'll be making the call in the middle of nowhere. |

I really should get some kind of proper handsfree in the car now. Phone has loudspeaker function that works quite well, so really just an actual holder for the phone would do I reckon... Well, as the Octavia has only got a crappy goodmans MP3 headunit, |

Just ring Voda and get them to send you a second sim for your contract - although now I'm actually think about it I'm not 100% certain they do this anymore... |

Change networks to Vodafone, they are the best for reception, get a PAYG sim card and then activate Stop the clock, callling abroad, and friends and family. I was on Voda for 5 years. Only had 2 upgrades from them (because I |
