'phone for emergencies, but like, have they tried a land line these

You generally don't need to call out moutain rescue if you've got a
landline convenient...

ROFL! Good point. But you get my drift too, though. I mean you generally
don't need to call mountain rescue unless you've been unlucky or stupid...
