In news:40b24705$0$17773$cc9e4d1f (AT) news (DOT) dial.pipex.com,
Vamp <none (AT) none (DOT) com> decided to enlighten our sheltered souls with a rant as
follows
probably the easiest way to get some bass in a Mk1 MR2. I drove a C plate
MR2 aeons ago with an Ansa 4 pipe exhaust, and one of those little bass box
things under the seat and it was actually quite a pleasing little car to
drive..

Just check it's got RCA / Phono leads before you buy one.

Nope - looks like rubbish to me.

You'd be much better off with a seperate amp and sub package - even a cheap
one like http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...oducts_id=2563
will be more than good enough.

If space is an issue (not sure how much room is in your MR2), or you really
want an all-in-one, then go for something like a
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...oducts_id=3259 or even a
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...roducts_id=572

yeah space is very limited and i can't use the boot because the engine is in between and at the
front is a spare wheel and would need so much power to hear in the car and would piss to many people
outside the car off.

them 2 pioneers might fit though cheers!
