Default 1999/ Loosing coolant - 11-13-2005 , 10:24 PM

Hi. Had added about a pint of coolant in June but now its a pint every two
weeks. I see some coolant in the cavities under the thermostat housing, but
thats it .The housing is not leaking. Today I noticed alot of water coming
out of my tailpipe, when I was running the car to check for a leak, like a
pint in 10 min. Any chance the coolant is gooing into the intake manifold
and out the exhaust pipe? Is it possible that the head gasket is leaking?
If you have some info please let me know. Thanks ed

Intake manifold gasket needs replacement. Known Mailbu defect.
$500-$600.

needs to be replaced. try also checking your thermostat..
