My 2001 Malibu has no output when the blower is on the first 2 settings. There is no air moving through the vents, nor is there any noise. I posted this on another site, and they recommended changing the resistor on the blower, or perhaps cleaning the switch. Additionally, my AC goes on and off periodically, especially when I'm in traffic. I don't think this is to prevent motor overheating, as sometimes it's when I first start the car and the temp is still on Cold. Any help or advice is much appreciated! P.
