today i got my car back after taking it to another dealership to try and
get the "highway pulling/leading to the left" problem fixed. wait until
you hear this one. not only did they tell my i had a red flag next to my
name from chevrolet but they didn't even put down on my repair order that
i came in for a "highway driving" concern. we all know why they avoided
putting down "highway driving pulling/leading to the left" because theres
an open tsb that fixes that problem.

instead they put down i came in for the exact problem as i did before
which was the car pulling to the left when accelerating from a red light.
then as im driving out of the lot i noticed i have no heat. there's no
light on my heat display to show the temp or anything! the dealership did
something to my car intentionally to turn off the heat in my car. i live
in WI and today it was 5 degrees. I drove back and then they told me to
leave and that chevy told them not to touch my car for the steering
problem. i told them that's fine, but they have to fix the heater that
they intentionally broke. they told me to leave or they will call the
police. my mailbu has 8,000 miles on it and never had a heating problem
where you couldn't even turn on your heat in your car.

i don't know what else to say or do. the WI DOT who is investigating my
original dealer will also hear about this other dealership.

Dude, you need to get either a lawyer or a shrink. I can't tell for sure
which.

A shrink. Definitely. And maybe a life.

You are getting screwed hardcore... if you aren't leaving anything out that
is. If you're not making the story to seem like you're the good guy &
they're the bad guys... get a lawyer ASAP.

Does your state have any kind of Lemon Law protection? In my state, you'd be
on the way to getting a refund by now.

here in WI yes we do after 4 tries, but i have a handicap and ill tell you
why.

here's all the times i was in for repairs for the steering.
1. replace steering column
2. reprogram steering column
3. alignment, car pulls to the left
4. brought to differnet dealer, they tell it's torque steer
5. told dealer not able to touch car, don't bring back because of open bbb
arbitration case.

my handicap is that i need to have 4 tries at it, i only have 3 as you can
see here with the pulling to the left issue. GM has me cornered.

Stick with it!! I know it's a pain in the *ss, but hang in there. I had my
2000 Malibu in to the dealer twice for front brake problems - the usual
warped disks, etc. About 6 months after the second time it was "fixed", it
started again. That time, I complained directly to the BBB. They intervened,
contacted GM directly (who then contacted me), and the dealer was authorized
to do whatever was necessary to repair the brakes. Bear in mind, the car was
out of warranty, but each brake problem occured less than 12 months/12,000
miles after the prior repair. It's been 11 months and 10,000 miles since
then, and all is still well. Perhaps the BBB can help you also. It's worth a
shot. Good Luck!!

i hope so, my arbitration is set for later this month so we will see.
right now any steering repairs are locked by GM until the BBB claim is
done.
