I would strongly suggest you have the BRAKES checked by a qualified
mechanic. They can make sure the pads are installed correctly and can bleed
them very quickly with the appropriate equipment. I have always found that
bleeding them yourself is a 2-person pain in the a**.
A lot cheaper than replacing your front-end sheet metal when they fail and
you whack someone (and many insurers will deny the claim if they suspect you
were to blame for the malfunction of the brakes)

My breaks started queeking everytime I hit the breaks. I changed the break
pads but the squeeking noise is still there. it seems as if it was coming
from a cable or wire from the break pedal. Is this reaaly bad? I mean I
dont even know what part is it that is causing this noise.
Also, the breaks is now very loose. I have to step on the break pedal all
the way down in order to stop the car. I read on another topic that I have
to bleed the break lines. Could someonme please post some instruction on
how to bleed the lines? |
