Have a 1998 Monte Carlo Pulsing when accelerating

Hi I got a 1998 Monte Carlo that when the gas is pressed while in drive.
The car pulses in and out of accelerating. the rpm will drop in and out
but all other cluster info will be powered. I beleve it's electrical but
would like to know if anyone has any suggestions or ideas to check.

have you changed the spark plugs wires lately? They'll either arc to ground
or another one if they're cracked.

It could be the mass flow meter.
