Well it is a more expensive car than the Malibu, hardly fair to compare road noise and comfort ;p |

I am the unhappy and not proud owner of a 2004 Malibu LS. After nine months my car still have problems to solve, like noisy brakes and a "clack" noise when accelerating from zero or when doing a narrow turn. It's a low quality car (I knnow you can expect much in it´s price level), but the worst thing for me is the lousy, shity (my English is not enough to support my anger = una mierda) customer service of GM. I can understand and assume the bad luck of buying the monday made car, or the chance of having a defective part. It is not easy to understand five or six defective parts. What is absolutely unacceptable is having six defective parts, six visits to the shop and the total indiference and lack of support fron GM, and their low IQ personnel who don't care a shit about your problem, your car or your money. I will never buy another GM car. This decision has to do more with the poor service than with the car quality. If you do nothing else AT THE VERY LEAST change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. And what happens when you adhere to the manufacturers maintenance |
