Custom Tune a PCM or ECM

Anybody know of someone who can custom tune a 4 cyl 2.2L Chevy 2002 ECM ?
Seems like the 4 cyl is a problem to tune for some reason.....
Truck is an S-10 with 5 speed.

I've never seen or heard of a programmer easily obtainable for the Vortec
2.2L SFI engine. Hypertech and Jet Performance do not have a chip or
programmer that will work on this engine. Not saying they don't exist but
you may have trouble easily getting access to one.

Yep.......having no luck at all.
Don't think anybody can do it. If they can....they are hiding really
good.....ha ha
