Lots of research (and help) since my post tells me their are TWO ways
to do it. The Mopar kit is NOT the same as factory. The dealers appear
to use this Mopar kit as their own 'after delivery' add-on. Their is
a group of folks the figured out how to get REAL FACTORY, but the
costs go up to nearly $800 (parts and lobar) and requires a CUSTOM
hand-made cable!

I purchased a 300 Limited the other day and wanted the bluetooth kit.
Found the 82207853AE kit at Chrysler for about $300 but the Parts guys
weren't sure what it would take to install it. Anyone know what
involves? Is the car pre-wired, etc. Any programming? |
