Default Pt Cruiser - 01-11-2007 , 11:46 PM

Does anyone know how to access the left rear tailight assembly of a 2004
pt cruiser? Are diagrams available. Chilton goes only up to 2003.

It couldn't be any easier. there is a screw on the lens (just 1) unscrew it
and lift out the lens

Be aware that (on an '03 at least) the screw is a torques (sp?). An
appropriate sized allen wrench will work, but the proper tool will work
easier.

I thought there might be a gasket behind the tail light assembly as it
still is not as snug as on the right side. my wife had a mishap on the left
side, but I'd rather not pull the other light to find out.
